Restoration Partners, the London-based technology-focused merchant bank which supports technology entrepreneurs’ success, is pleased to announce two key promotions within the Company.

With immediate effect, Mike Kennedy, will take on the role of Managing Partner responsible for the day to day operations of Restoration Partners.  Mike will continue to work closely with the Founder, Ken Olisa, OBE, and will manage all the main operational issues as he steers the business forward.

In addition, and in recognition of the significant contribution he has made to the firm since joining, Tim McSweeney has been promoted to Director – Advisory.  In his new role Tim will take on responsibility for overseeing all client facing work, ensuring that the advice and  investment messages are properly understood in the marketplace.

Ken Olisa, OBE, Chairman of Restoration Partners, commented:

“The entrepreneurial spirit in the UK tech sector has never been higher.  Increasingly entrepreneurs are realising that scaling up requires more than luck and capital – it needs sage advice too.  As a result we have the healthiest pipeline in our history. Couple that with the expansion of the recently  launched Lockheed Martin sponsored Virtual Technology Cluster and we need the best people in the right positions to continue this success. I am pleased that in Mike, and Tim and the other members of the Restoration Partners team, we have the best people to continue our own growth as the go-to technology adviser.”
