B2M SOLUTIONS Secures Further Investment

Restoration Partners, the boutique technology merchant bank, is pleased to announce that its long-term client, B2M Solutions (“B2M”), the leading UK provider of mobile device analytics and process optimisation, has successfully closed a significant fund raising, led by UK-based entrepreneur and investor, Kevin Lomax.

The funds raised will be used to expand B2M’s marketing and sales activities and to accelerate the adoption of its optimisation and analytics solutions for mobile enterprise deployments. B2M’s biggest market is the United States. Led by founder Julie Purves, B2M’s market-leading software is attracting growing numbers of companies seeking to improve and increase the effectiveness of mobile devices across their operations.

Amongst those taking a stake in B2M is Motorola Solutions Venture Capital, making a strategic investment in a UK company focussed on the US market. Kevin Lomax, founder and former Chairman of Misys, and a past board member of Marks & Spencer, will become Chairman of B2M Solutions.
